From Scratch is a locally minority woman owned small business bringing the comfort and bold flavors of South America to our community, made exactly as our name says, everything is from scratch! We cook and bake in small batches with real ingredients, and we do our best to support local Northern Virginia farmers and small businesses whenever we can.

We will be serving authentic Turkish dishes made on site of the event. We will have Doner(Gyro), which is lamb and beef cooked a vertical spit and shaved off as it cooks. This will be served with a choice of Rice and salad or a wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Tzatziki sauce will also be provided on your dish or on the side. We will also have many of our famous appetizers such as Dolma (Stuffed grape leaves), Cigar borek (thin filo dough with Feta cheese and parsley inside, cooked till golden brown), and much more!

J&W Valley View Farm is a local family run farm that has been producing delicious and fresh products since 1992. Our farm is located in Westmorland County and in total is 50 acres. We start planting all our produce in greenhouses starting the end of January and the start transplanting in March, following by our picking starting in May, along with the opening of our farmer markets that you can see in our farmer markets calendar. We strive to make the most of everything the great outdoors has to offer. Our produce are fresh from the feild, so you can be sure you are buying the best quality produce

Balance Java is a speciality coffee roaster based in Loudoun County. We source high quality coffee from small farms and roast to order.

We take pride at Chase Your Tail Bakery in bringing fresh handmade dog treats to the local area since 2005. Many of our ingredients are sourced locally. We use our own eggs from our flock of chickens and we grow our own catnip on our 11 acres in Loudoun County to supply our feline customers with fresh and dried catnip. We source as many ingredients as we can from our local farmers who attend the markets. Our milk comes from Walnut Hill Dairy in Kearneysville, WV and apples and sweet potatoes from Bigg Rigg Farm in Loom, WV. We round out our selections by bringing doggy popcorn and freshly dehydrated sweet potatoes to the market each week.

Green Acres is a pastured poultry operation that was started in 2015 and is run by the Heaney family. Over the years of our farming we have really placed an emphasis on overall animal comfort, heath and well being. Our meat chickens are processed in a small, local USDA inspected facility. All of our chickens are fed a Non-GMO grain sourced from a local feed mill. Thank you to all of our faithful customers for purchasing our products. It is because of our loyal customers support that we are able to build the legacy of the Heaney family and meanwhile instilling a love of farming into the next generation of Green Acres.

We are a family business who believes in freshly grown produce and beautiful flowers. We grow various types of flowers like sunflowers, sweat Williams, gladiolas , dahlias, calalillys, hydrangeas, and many many more. we also grow herbs and yummy vegetables like tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, peppers, thyme, cilantro, chives, squash, eggplants, rosemary, mints, lemon grass and much more, a few of fruits that we also grow are blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and much much more. Every year we try to grow new fun things for people to be more interested in attending there local farmers market and also widen there food options like heirloom tomatoes and artisan tomatoes.

We are a IPM and NON GMO/GES farm located in King George and Westmoreland Counties, VA. Our farm is family owned and operated. We have over 27 years of farming experience. We are currently farming 80 acres. We have a total of 12 Greenhouses, we plant in 9 of them to get in an early and late production. We accept WIC from MD and DC. We are registered to accept VA Senior Checks. We are set up to accept SNAP/EBT and Credit cards.
