This week's recipe

Un-traditional Turkey Stuffing
An Italian Twist

1 (1 lb) loaf of good rustic Bread cut into cubes
6 Eggs (beaten)
1 Cup diced Ham or Prosciutto
1 Cup diced Salami
½ Cup diced Pepperoni
1 lb cubed Mozzarella Cheese
¼ Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon dried Parsley
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place the bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with enough water to moisten.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Stuff into your turkey and cook, following safe methods to assure the stuffing reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees.

This unusual stuffing has an Italian twist, but will not change the flavor of your turkey. Great leftover snack and kids love it! This “stuffing” can also be made as a casserole by adding 1 cup of chicken broth to the mixture, covering and baking at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
